1. Educational use

M0N3Y Scam Lab is provided for educational, consumer-safety purposes. Our analysis is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or law-enforcement advice. It is not a verdict that any specific person or company is committing fraud.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use M0N3Y Scam Lab to:

• generate, improve, translate, or test scam, phishing, or fraud content;
• harass, defame, or accuse named individuals or organizations;
• submit content that includes other people's sensitive personal information;
• attempt to interfere with the service or extract proprietary content programmatically.

We may rate limit, block, or refuse service to users who appear to be abusing the platform.

3. No guarantees

Our AI analysis can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Even with a low risk score, you should independently verify the sender of any message asking for money or personal information.

4. No fund recovery

We do not, and will never, claim to recover lost funds. If anyone claiming to be M0N3Y contacts you asking for payment or account details, treat that as a scam and report it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, M0N3Y Scam Lab and its operators are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising out of your use of the service, including any financial loss from a scam we did not detect.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site and via the newsletter.
